Halkalı – Kapıkule Railway Project Nominated for the "Project of the Year" Award for FIDIC Contract Awards 2020

FIDIC Contract Awards 2020 has a strong shortlist in three categories.

(1) Project of the Year Award

(2) Legal or Professional Services of the Year Award

(3) Trainer of the Year Award

Construction of Çerkezköy – Kapıkule Section of Halkalı – Kapıkule Railway Project was shortlisted under “Project of the Year Award”. This year, as a result of the pandemic restrictions, the awards ceremony was taken place online, with the winners had being announced at a virtual event on Tuesday 1 December 2020 at 4.45pm UK time as part of FIDIC's annual International Contract Users' Conference. The Project of the Year Award was awarded to the British Normandy Memorial project.
