The Department for European Union Investments of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure organised the 5th Annual Performance Evaluation Workshop in Abant, Bolu, between 22 and 25 December 2025, with the aim of assessing the closure of the IPA II period and preparing for upcoming programming periods.
