Within the scope of the “Construction of the Çerkezköy-Kapıkule Section of the Halkalı-Kapıkule Railway Line Project”, reciprocal freight train services were operated on the CEKA Line on 17–18 June 2026, in line with the planning and coordination carried out by the 1st Regional Directorate of TCDD.

These services marked an important stage in observing the operability of the line in the field and in assessing the operational processes under the project.
