The “Problem Solving, Decision-Making and Crisis Management Training” is completed within the scope of Strengthening the Transport Operating Structure and ERAs in IPA II (2014-2020) Period

The “Problem Solving, Decision-Making and Crisis Management Training” within the scope of the Strengthening the Transport Operating Structure and ERAs in IPA II (2014-2020) Period project carried out under the USOP was held on December 30, 2021, in Ankara. Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport Department for EU Investments personnel participated in the training.

In the face-to-face training, subjects related to decision making stages, problem solving methods and methods of coping with crisis were covered. In the interactive training, various case studies were discussed and examples were given.
