The “Conflict and Stress Management Training” is completed within the scope of Strengthening the Transport Operating Structure and ERAs in IPA II (2014-2020) Period

The “Conflict and Stress Management Training” within the scope of the Strengthening the Transport Operating Structure and ERAs in IPA II (2014-2020) Period project carried out under the USOP was held on December 16, 2021, in Ankara. Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport Department for EU Investments personnel participated in the training.

In the face-to-face training, topics related to the meaning of stress, its causes, types of conflict, methods of coping with them, and facilitating stress and conflict management in business life were covered. Various surveys were also conducted in the training given by interactive method.
