The Gaziantep Sustainable and Smart Mobility Project (GAUS), co-financed with the EU under the Sectoral Operational
Programme for Transport (USOP) managed by the Ministry of Transport and
Infrastructure, implemented by the Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality, two TFS model trams have been wrapped in GAUS visual identity and
launched on the city’s busiest routes.
Covering a route of approximately 35 kilometres with 46 stations,
the tram network serves as the backbone of urban transport in Gaziantep,
carrying an average of 75,000 passengers per day. The GAUS-themed trams aim to raise
awareness of the project among thousands of residents, making the city’s
sustainable mobility vision more visible and accessible.
The GAUS themed trams are expected to remain in service for at least
six months. During this period:
· Project messages will reach
thousands of passengers, pedestrians, and drivers every day,
· The moving nature of the trams
will ensure broader geographic outreach compared to static advertisements,
· A long-term and impactful
promotional presence will be achieved.
