Deputy Minister Mr. Adil KARAİSMAİLOĞLU has visited the site offices of the Çerkezköy-Kapıkule Section of the HKRL Project on 7 December 2019 and has received a briefing about the latest status of progress. Deputy Minister was accompanied by the Head of EU Investments Department Mr Nedim YEŞİL along with the TCDD Deputy Director General Mr İsmail ÇAĞLAR, TCDD Acting 1st Regional Director Mr Levent MERİÇLİ and TCDD Head of Modernisation Department Mr Ahmet EKER.
