The 10th Steering
Committee Meeting of “Strengthening the Transport Operating Structure and ERAs,
co-financed with the EU under the
Sectoral Operational Programme for Transport (USOP) in IPA II (2014-2020) Period”
Project was held in Ankara on 28 April 2025.
The meeting was attended by Tijen İğci (PhD), Head of Department for EU
Investments of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, Delegation of the
European Union to Türkiye Transport Policy and Climate Change Team Coordinator
Göktuğ Kara (PhD), unit chiefs from the Department for EU Investments and
project’s contract manager, as well as the project’s key expert and technical
support team.
Following the opening speech by Tijen İğci (PhD), information was provided
by the Technical Support Team on the progress of project activities during the July-December
2024 period and the advancements made under Components 1, 2 and 4. Additionally,
the developments under Component 3 were presented in comparison with the previous
months. After Tijen İğci’s (PhD) evaluation, the meeting concluded with an
exchange of comments and suggestions.
