
Within the scope
of the Technical Assistance for Strengthening the Transport Operating
Structure and ERAs in IPA II (2014-2020) Period, co-financed with the Sectoral
Operational Programme for Transport (USOP) managed by the Ministry of
Transport and Infrastructure, Advanced Project Cycle Management Training was
held over three days. On 5,6 and 7 February 2025, the training was attended by
the representatives of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure the
Department for EU Investments, Directorate General of Transport Services
Regulation, Internal Audit Unit and Ministry of National Education.
The programme,
instructed by Mustafa Serkut Kızanlıklı, was designed to improve the capacities
of the participating staff and units and aimed to help project managers, team
members or change leaders to manage projects more efficiently and effectively.
Throughout the training, the basics of project and change management processes
were conveyed, and the competencies that a successful project manager should
have, as well as the development of these competencies, were emphasised.
Up-to-date information about the tools and methods that make projects effective
was shared, and the management of project processes with a participant-oriented
approach was conveyed.
Through group
work and interactive sessions, participants combined theoretical knowledge with
practical experience, maximising the training's benefits. The programme was
designed to enhance the participant's knowledge and skills in project
management and change processes.
