
First Steering Committee Meeting of “Strengthening Institutional Capacity of Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure on the Transport of Perishable Foodstuffs” Project has been Conducted
The Contract
for the project “Strengthening Institutional Capacity of Ministry of Transport
and Infrastructure on the Transport of Perishable Foodstuffs” has been signed
between MoTI and the Contractor on 05.02.2021. The project has commenced on 22.02.2021
officially, and will be implemented by Eptisa (Turkey-Spain) -Avensa (Romania)
Consortium in 12 months.
The first
Steering Committee Meeting of the project, which is going to be implemented for
12 months, was held in Ankara on 25 June 2021 with the participation of the
European Union Delegation to Turkey, the Contracting Authority (EU Investments
Department of the General Directorate of European Union and Foreign Relations,
the Directorate for EU Affairs), the End Recipient of Assistance (General
Directorate for Transport Services Regulation) and other project stakeholders.
Main agenda of the meeting was to evaluate project’s
progress and performance within the first quarter of project implementation.
Project’s progress and achievements will be monitored at the end of the second
quarter of implementation during the Second Project Steering Committee Meeting.
