Employees of Construction of Cerkezkoy-Kapıkule Section of Halkalı-Kapıkule Railway Line Projectare Vaccinated Against Covid-19

Within the scope of combatting with the new type of coronavirus epidemic, the Contractor has contacted the Health Directorate of Lüleburgaz District for the vaccination of personnel working for the Construction of Çerkezköy – Kapıkule section of Halkalı – Kapıkule Railway Line Project. A medical team from Health Directorate of Lüleburgaz District was appointed to vaccinate 500 personnel at the Lüleburgaz Site Office in the first place. Personnel were taken one by one to the vaccination areas and filled in the forms given by the medical team. The vaccinated personnel waited in the open area for a while at the construction site to rest. Vaccination will continue at Edirne, Havsa and Çerkezköy construction sites where the works are carried out.

Regular checks in the project continue by complying with all necessary precautions since the beginning of the pandemic. Within the scope of combatting with the epidemic the personnel working in the project are regularly subject to covid-19 tests. Personnel protective equipment is given to all employees and their fever is measured every day. The common areas are equipped with disinfectant dispensers. Disinfection of camp and office areas are also done regularly.
