Scope of the Work
In parallel with the EU's climate targets and ambitions, it is aimed to reach net zero emissions in transportation by 2053 and transition to a safer and environmentally friendly transportation system reflecting a more balanced mode distinction. Accordingly, a Strategy / Action Plan / Roadmap will be developed, the necessary capacity-building activities will be carried out for the implementation of the strategy to be put forward, a financing model will be created and a green project pool will be developed.
