The Annual Entrustment for Budget Implementation Tasks Visit for 2024 was Conducted by the National Authorizing Officer's Office

Within the scope of the IPA II and IPA III Periods, an Annual Entrustment for Budget Implementation Tasks Visit Meeting for 2024 was held on 03 February 2025, with the participation of representatives from the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure’s Directorate General for European Union Affairs and Foreign Relations and the Ministry of Treasury and Finance’s National Authorizing Officer’s Office to ensure the continuity of the entrustment criteria in management and control systems.

The meeting was chaired by Ömrüye Ayan, Deputy Director General of the Directorate General for European Union Affairs and Foreign Relations of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, and Ali Doğan, Deputy Director General of the Directorate General for Foreign Economic Relations of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance. During the meeting, discussions were held on the management and control system, human resources capacity, and the activities of the Operating Structure, the Managing Authority, and the Intermediate Body for Financial Management for the IPA II and IPA III Periods.
