The 17th Transport
Sectoral Monitoring Committee Meeting for the Transport Sector under IPA II and
the 6th Meeting under IPA III was held on 25 November 2025, under
the co-chairmanship of Head of
Department for EU Investments, Adem KOÇ and Head of Unit from Delegation of the
EU to Turkiye, Maria-Luisa WYGANOWSKİ.
The meeting, which was held online, aimed to inform the participants on the
developments in the previous six month period and coordinate their activities
in the coming six month period. The participants included Directorate of EU
Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Treasury and Finance,
Delegation ofthe European Union To Turkiye, European Commission and relevant
ministries and municipalities.
In addition to the
developments since the last meeting, the meeting included subjects such as the
developments regarding the Transport Sectoral Operational Programme, general
assessment regarding the transport sector and the targets for the coming
period.
