Training on ToR Preparation within the scope of
Strengthening the Transport Operating Structure and ERAs in IPA II (2014-2020)
Period Project was held on 29-30 May 2023 in Ankara. A total of 20 participants took part
in the training given by İbrahim Çelebi (PhD). Additional to our Department for
EU Investments, Beneficiary Institutions: the Ministry of National Education
and Turkish National Police have attended to the training. The two-day ToR preparation training was highly interactive and
delivered mostly by in practical group works.
The training, which aimed to grasp the basic
principles of preparing specifications, contributed to the maturation of the
two existing Terms of References to be submitted for the 2023 programming year
of the IPA III period.
In this context, the training which covered the
following topics has been successfully completed.
- Grasping the general
notion of ToR and basics of project budgeting under IPA
- Ensuring the readiness of two ToRs to be submitted for maturity
assessment of the Commission as of the end of May 2023.
