Within the scope
of the Technical Assistance for Strengthening the Transport Operating Structure
and ERAs in IPA II (2014-2020) Period Project, co-financed with the EU under
the Transport Sectoral Operational Programme (USOP) managed by the Ministry of
Transport and Infrastructure, another capacity building training was provided
to the experts of the Department for EU Investments. During the full-day “Supply
and Contracts Implementation Training”, the participants worked on the complex
situations they may encounter in contract implementation and gained more
comprehensive knowledge.
Following the trainer's
presentation, Yaşar Gök, the participants solved problems through case studies
and applied effective contract management techniques. The training reinforced
their theoretical knowledge with practical experiences, enabling them to
develop more effective and harmonised contract management practices. Thus, they
were equipped with the knowledge and tools to contribute to making contract implementation
processes more efficient. Thanks to the training in an interactive atmosphere,
the learning experience of all participants on the subject was maximised.
