“Project Cycle
Management Training” was conducted on September 12, 2024 with Hakkı Çamur as
the instructor. The Head of Department for EU Investments Tijen İğci (PhD) and the
Department for EU Investments staff participated in the training.
The full-day training
aimed to familiarize participants with the stages of project planning,
implementation, monitoring and evaluation and to enable them to use project cycle
management effectively.
The training covered
basic topics such as project cycle phases, problem analysis, goal setting,
activity planning and risk management. Participants successfully completed the
training by reinforcing their knowledge and skills through group work and
interactive sessions.
