Negotiation,
Communication and Conflict Management Training was
held in Ankara with two separate sessions on 25 November 2022 and 15 December
2022. 22 staff from the Department for EU Investments took part in the training.
The training was prepared with a scientific approach on the
concepts and techniques in the literature and was given by Associate Professor Hakan
Karabacak, who makes significant contributions to the field of negotiation,
communication and conflict management. . The
training, on the basis of the Harvard University Negotiation Program, aimed to
increase the capacity of the participants to establish healthy communication,
conduct constructive negotiations and permanently resolve conflicts through
various practices. The training also aimed to increase
the awareness of the participants on how to proceed in communication,
negotiation and conflict management processes and to increase their control
over the course of these interactions.
