IPA Implementation Units Experience Sharing Working Group Strategy Signed

The Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) is implemented within the framework of the objectives of developing our country's capacity for harmonization and implementation with the EU acquis and creating economic and social cohesion capacities. IPA operates in different sectoral fields such as transportation, environment, and industry. Each sector has its own IPA structures. This leads to the formation of sector-specific experiences in each sector. In this context, the Central Finance and Contracts Unit (CFCU) has established the IPA Implementation Units Experience Sharing Working Group to create a platform for IPA implementing units to share their experiences.

The first meeting of the Working Group was held on December 6, 2023, where participants' opinions were gathered to outline the main points of the working group strategy.

Within the scope of the Strategy Document, the Working Group will continue to encourage experience sharing and dissemination of best practices among IPA implementing units, and will carry out studies to develop knowledge and skills for effective management of IPA funds and strengthen the implementation of IPA programs on a sectoral basis.
