“Lessons Learnt Workshop on Tender, Contract and Payment Processes of Construction and Service Works” was Held on Friday, December 27.

“Lessons Learnt Workshop on Tender, Contract and Payment Processes of Construction and Service Works” which was part of 2019 Training Plan was held with the participation of European Union Investments Department(EUID) personnel on 27.12.2019 at 09:30 in the large meeting room of EUID under the leadership of Head of Department, Mr. Nedim Yeşil. It has been a fruitful workshop which provided suitable atmosphere for expressing the problems the units face while they are fulling their functions and possible solutions they propose and by getting the staff of other units involved in the efforts of finding a common solution. From programming to payment cycle, potential improvements has been discussed and considering current conditions and the multi-institutional management structure of IPA, applicable solution proposals has been expressed.
