Within the
scope of Strengthening the Transport Operating Structure and ERAs in IPA II
(2014-2020) Period Project, Advanced the Practical Guide to Contract Procedures
for EU External Actions (PRAG) Training on Grants, which was instructed by
Gülden Alkoçoğlu, was held in Ankara on 27 April 2023. 16 participants from the
Department for EU Investments attended the training.
The objective of the Training was to provide a frame for the preparation and implementation of grant schemes and direct grants for the participants to have an understanding and the basic information to prepare and implement grant projects. During the training, the following topics were discussed:

- Grant Contract Structure and Finance
- Call for Proposals
- Direct Grants
- Proposal Evaluation, Contracting
- Monitoring and Evaluation
