Training
on Contract and Claims Management within the scope of of Strengthening the Transport Operating Structure and ERAs in IPA II (2014-2020)
Period Project, which was instructed by Kaya Gökhan Dikmen, was
held on 9 May 2023 in Ankara. A total of 22 participants, including the Head of
Department for EU Investments and IPA Director Tijen İğci (PhD) took part in
the training.
During the training, in which technical, administrative, and legal
problems encountered in the implementation of FIDIC (International Federation
of Consulting Engineers) Construction contracts were defined and analyzed, ways
to prevent these problems were discussed and solutions were presented.
