Conflict Management Training Was Realised with 14 Participants from the Department for EU Investments
Conflict Management Training, which was
instructed by Hakan Karabacak (PhD), was held on 31 January 2023 with a total
of 14 participants from the Department for EU Investments.
In the training based on game theory and
conflict management, the details of competition and cooperation interactions
were shared with the participants. During the training, which was prepared with
examples from daily life, all aspects of the subject of “conflict” were
examined with in-class interactions based on question-answer, in-group
discussions, case studies and role-playing practices.
“Creating an advanced perspective” on
conflict interactions was determined as the main goal of the training. The
training in which the following topics were covered was successfully completed.
- Gaining
a new perspective on competitive and collaborative interactions,
- Developing
a strategic perspective on the conflict management process,
- Identifying
appropriate strategies,
- The
training on gaining an awareness of how to proceed in the conflict management
process.
