Minister Mr. Adil KARAİSMAİLOĞLU visited the Çerkezköy-Kapıkule Section of the Halkalı-Kapıkule Railway Line last weekend and received a briefing about the latest situation regarding the project. Minister made examinations in the field and personally examined the works. Minister stated that our project, which will be completed in 2023, will provide important benefits to our country in ecological terms as well as commercial and socio-economic benefits.
