“Advanced Stress Management Training” was held
on 29 May 2024 at Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, with the
participation of Tijen İğci (Ph.D), the Head of Department for EU Investments, under the tutelage of Hakkı Çamur.
The aim of the full-day training was to enable
the participants to understand stress symptoms and stress-performance
relationships and to adopt approaches to effectively cope with stress.
The training covered many topics such as the
definition and types of stress, stress symptoms and stress-performance
relationship, sources of stress and reactions, approaches to coping with
stress.
The training was successfully completed with
active group work and participant questions.
