USOP Participated to the “Policy Dialogue on Decarbonising Transport in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Region” of OECD International Transport Forum
In
the framework of “Policy Dialogue on Decarbonising Transport in the Middle East
and North Africa (MENA) Region”, OECD International Transport Forum (ITF) has
organized a Meeting on the 4th-5th July 2024 in OECD
İstanbul Regional Center.
The
meeting was participated by the representatives of ITF, some of the MENA
countries, the relevant NGOs including the Head of Department for EU
Investments (DG for EU and Foreign Affairs of the Ministry) Tijen İğci (PhD).
During
the meeting, the answers of the questions that were communicated to the
participants earlier by ITF, were shared, besides the general comments and
suggestions of the attendants. Within this framework, Ms İğci gave a speech on
Türkiye’s decarbonisation policy in the transport sector.
