National Transport Master-Plan for the Republic of Turkey Project was signed between Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications (MoTMC) and EGIS International, Panteia, Atkins, WYG Türkiye, Armada ve Systema Consortium on 14/10/2015 and the commencement date was determined as 15.10.2015.
For this purpose, kick-off meeting was held on 21/10/2015 with the participants of Mr. Nedim Yeşil, Head of Department for EU Investments; Mr. Göktuğ Kara and Mr. Akif Türkel, EU Delegation to Turkey; Mr. Sefer Sakın, Head of Strategy Development Department; and other high level of Contractor representatives.
