The first part of rail was dismantled in the contract of "Modernisation of Samsun-Kalın Railway Line" with a great ceremony. The ceremony was held on 29.09.2015 in Samsun Raiway Station with the participants of Mr. İbrahim Şahin, Governer of Samsun, Mr. Ahmet Demircan and Mr. Hasan Basri Kurt, Deputies of Samsun, Mr. Bekir Gezer, DG for Foreign Relations and EU Affairs; Mr. Ömer Yıldız, DG for Turkish State Railways; Mr. Nedim Yeşil, Head of Department for EU Investments; Mr. François Begeot, EU Delegation to Turkey; and other high level of bureaucracy.
