The Third Steering Committee Meeting of Istanbul SUMP Stage II: Implementation Plan Project was held

The third Steering Committee Meeting for the “Istanbul Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan (SUMP) Phase II: Implementation Plan” project implemented under the USOP was held on 29 April 2024 with the participation of the representatives from the Delegation of the European Union to Türkiye, the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, and the GIZ.

During the Steering Committee Meeting in Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality’s premises, committee members exchanged views and held discussions on the project process, ongoing activities, and future steps. Suggestions were presented to ensure the achievement of the goals of the Istanbul SUMP Phase II: Implementation Plan, which is a crucial project for the realization of an accessible, integrated, and green transportation system for everyone.
