Project Progress Meeting on Construction of Cerkezkoy-Kapikule Section of Halkali-Kapikule Railway Line Project Realised

Project Progress Meeting has been realized in Lüleburgaz Site Office with the participaton of Head of Department for EU Investments Mr. Nedim Yeşil, Deputy Director of Directorate General for Turkish State Railways Mr. İsmail Çağlar, Head of Railway Modernization Department Mr. Yılmaz Acar, TCDD Site Control Organization, authorized representatives of Works Contractor SALINI-KOLİN and the Engineer TPF-EPTISA Consortium. 

Information on construction works progress, on-going and planned Works, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental issues and project’s Publicity and Visibility activities have been shared by the Contractor. In the meeting, the points regarding the design works, excavation and filling works, subgrade, subballast, ballast and ditch construction, information on current status of engineer structures whose construction are on-going, city crossings, and issues that are carried out in coordination with other public institutions and organizations have been discussed.
