The first Progress Meeting of 2024 for the Construction of Cerkezkoy-Kapikule Section of Halkali-Kapikule Railway Line Project (ÇE-KA) Realised

Representatives of the Directorate Generalof TCDD, TCDD Site Control Organization, Engineer and Contractor companies were present during the progress meeting and site inspection visit led by the Head of Department for EU Investments, Tijen İğci (PhD).

Engineer representatives gave to Ms İğci and her team  and the TCDD officials a pre-brief before the progress meeting. During the progress meeting, the Contractor gave a presentation covering the general physical and financial progress of the project, as well as occupational health and safety, environmental issues and community relations. Moreover, the points regarding the remaining design works, ongoing infrastructure and superstructure works, city crossings, and issues that are carried out in coordination with other public institutions and organizations were discussed.
