A Visit to Construction of Cerkezkoy-Kapıkule Section of Halkalı-Kapıkule Railway Line Project from the Officials of the European Union Delegation to Turkey
Economic and Social Development Department’s deputy head Mr. Laurent Guirkinger from EU Delegation to Turkey and experts in his unit visited the Construction of Cerkezkoy-Kapikule Section of Halkali-Kapikule Railway Line Project Site on April 19th and 20th.
The representatives of the European Union Delegation to Turkey together with the representatives of the Contracting Authority, End Recipient (TCDD), Works Contractor and Engineer started the program with a site visit.
Following the inspections
conducted along the project route, a briefing was given by the Contractor’s
representative about the physical and financial progress of the Works, the
planning for 2022, the problems and red flags.
